I have 9600 miles on my 06 Street Bob. It is presently in the shop having the inner primary bearings replaced. My dealer tells me they received an advisory from HD that these bearings were to be replaced at 15,000 mile intervals on a specific series or factory run of the 06 SB.--at the owners expense after the warranty expires. Anyone have any knowledge about this?? Also, the vibration caused the front fender to crack at the rear rivets. Could be dangerous if it came off. Takes 4-8 weeks to get a replacement according to my dealer.
