In 2000, I brought back an enfield 500 from India, and have had this nagging problem. when its warmed up and has travelled two/three miles it will start to run rough, and after stop, with a few kickstarts it will run again, but will do the same again. Looked to be a vacume problem,with the tank, but ran it without the tank cap, and no difference.
