I bought a MRA x-creen variable windscreen spoiler (bolt on) for my 400i. works great. vibration between 3000 & 4000 rpm is same on my 400i but not from stand still. i had front brake pads rattle from new and jerking when stopping. now need two new rotors and pads after 8000 kms.
