According to your heading your Jet 14 is only 50 cc. I will be surprised if anything could be done to make a 50cc go faster. I got my jet 200 today and took it for my first drive which included a lot of uphill driving. I must say I am surprised and thrilled about it´s uphill performance. Though I didn´t ride it hard and never opened the throttle to maximum, I found that I could start going into an uphill at 80 kilometers and reach the top with no drop in speed, actually if I opened the throttle more whilst still being in the uphill, she was surprisingly responsive and would actually pick up more speed. Maintaining a speed of 100 kms was easy, but I haven´t pushed her yet to see what top speed she could reach. A top speed of 120 kms seems quite possible. I also learnt that the 14 inch wheels definately is an advantage. I also think the new Jet 200 is a good scooter to fill the gap between the 125 and 300cc models. My new baby in red also looks very nice, whilst the head light are also impressive. One thing I maybe has to mention is that her fuel consumption wasn´t as good as the sales people claimed, but that will probably improve as the engine loosens. I got about 20 kms to a liter, but even if the consumption doesn´t improve, due to her excellent performance I won´t complain.
