I have been looking everywhere almost around the world for someone who can produce a valid COC document for my sons Sachs Madass. Its from 2008, has serialnumber but I cannot find any dealership that can fetch a COC. In Denmark this is required because all mopeds from after 2006 need to be registered with license plate. Hope someone has an idea as to what can be done.
