I just bought a used ´03 Kymco ZX. It´s in great shape--barely used by the previous owner. He said he´d never had the speed restrictor taken off, but the shop where I´ve taken it said that if I get up to 40mph it must have already been removed. So fasr I´ve been able to get it up to about 43mph--anybody had their´s faster??
