Need help. I´ve had this p.o.s. scooter for a year, and can´t get it over 28 mph. I need help on how to delimit this thing, or what I need to get it over 40 mph. Is there anything I can do myself, or do I have to spend a million dollars at the local scoot shop? Please help me!!!
