Yeah, I know what you mean. I think it may just be the quirkyness of a scooter? I remember my brothers having motorcycles when I was growing up, and as they were coming to a stop sign/light, they would sometimes raise their hands (yes, I know it is not safe, but we are all sort of guilty of doing that every once in a while). I don´t remember any shake when they would do that, and I was riding on the back. I think that if you scoot back a little more, and have a little more weight toward the back of the bike, you may minimize the problem. That´s what I´ve found, but I HAVEN´T found that it goes away completely.
