First, the Kymco Grand Dink 250 is now available in the US and had been renamed [thank goodness] the GRAND VISTA 250.
A number of differences including electric [no longer kick] start, and it is approved for CA as well.
I took delivery of my Grand Vista 250 two weeks ago, and this is one fine machine. For $4400., nothing else on the market can touch it. Quality [fits and finishes], power and looks, this high end scooter has it all and beats its competition hands down.
