Bolt insert holding rear of seat

Bolt insert holding rear of seat

The insert snapped out of fender holding the rear of my Mustang seat.
Is there anyway to install another insert without taking rear wiring harness out ?
I am concerned that if I drill thru to use a low profile nylock nut inside fender, I will hit wiring.
any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
