Hi I´m the Head Doctor. Have been )40 years with scoots. Your problem sounds like maybe ? miswired security if recent. How long has this been going on? If real recent, sounds like short to frame. Who installed? Why do you have to pull fuse? Is it blown? If so, direct short. Look for \
