Towing My 03 Dyna

I brought a slickwheelie from usa trailers. They arsured me that my Dyna would be ok for towing. I tried to put my front tire in the space profided but the wheel wont go in all the way. I looked at the info and this tow hitch will be ok for a class 11 or class 111 which is my dyna will this trailer work.
