Cold start problem

It is very diffycult to start my Kymco Agility when it is cold (0-8 degree centigrade). It starts fine, but dies after a few seconds. The next minute it cannot start, but then it starts again and dies after a few seconds. I have to repeat this 8-12 times which means that it takes more than 15 minutes to start it. Anyone who knows what is wrong?
