Hello, I´m from the Philippines and I´m planning to buy the Cevira 110. Is it true the the Active 110 and Cevira 110 is the same except for the tailight and headlight?

Do you have any comment for this MC in terms of its performance, parts availability and the like compared to other MC. Thanks!
