Hi Jens,
My experiences with my XRX125 are on the contrary. For starting it in cold weather, I had to use the battery of my car. It is reassuring to read something positive about this bike, because I am very distrustful with it after the first 1000 km of ride. I conclude from your experience that, maybe, it is not sensitive to moisture and precipitation (?).
Anyhow, mine was manufactured in 2001, perhaps it still has the teething-troubles of the model.
