I have a Hyosung Moped,and cannot get it started! By turning IGN.key on all i can get is (horn turn sig. and break stop lights)There is NO head or tail lites,And ign spark or elect.power to starter?If anyone has idea what might fix this problem i would like any sugestions that can be helpful.Thanks,Walt
