1.max speed is 130km/h after that they are in the red[g box cant go any faster without bearing failure.2.HP seems to vary[not much though] it is 30HP for a good motor 27HP if damaged.3. Do not go past 11, 000 rpm that is the max on the bearings any more you may damage them. keep up with oil changes and you´ll have no problems
