I have owned my BigMax since 05. The biggest problem I have had is the head light. The factory uses a knock off of a 1157 bulb with a collar. This burns out really quick, my longest working has been just over 31 hours. And at fifty per bulb that sucks. The performance has been great. One of the fastest 49 cc, right out of the box. Another issue that I have is getting parts from PGO Canada. All talk no walk. Luckily I have had no major problems, other than the headlight.
