My catalytic converter clogged

I was curious where the catalytic converter is on the 2010 RS. I was fixing the Venturi clip on the throttlebody, and when I put it back together, my bike now overheats and the pipe that comes out of the motor in the front towards the very front of the bike turns read read read it’s the exhaust pipe that comes out of the motor in the very front of the bike so someone told me that means the catalytic converter is clogged, I’ve read so many different things so I don’t know what is true .
