BRAKING ON A 1150 RT 03

I think I have a problem with my bikes brakes. After riding 100 K BMW GS model, I have owned a R 1150 RT 2003 model with 32K km on it.
When I do front braking, first it brakes and then it suddenly release the brakes a little bit then hold the discs again. This is not a common situation that I have faced before.

I´ve checked the brake pads and discs but not the sensors.

Is there any one who deal with this problem?
