as far as tires, make sure to buy Supermoto specific tires. They are formulated to warm up faster with a lighter weight bike. I´ve heard the Dunlops are ok, but I´ve read the Conti´s are better. Fortunately, that is what I first bought, and they are great. Grippy, feel warm after even a conservative ride. They give good feedback, and catch up nicely when they slide a little bit on less than perfect asphalt, it has saved my butt a couple of times. They naturally don´t last that long, about 3/4 of a year, but I ride them gently in the cold months, and then just change them every spring. Worth the price. Highly recommended.
