Corbin seat: several things about it. It is indeed a lot more comfortable than the stock seat. I´m mixed about this issue. It does allow you to ride farther, but you still get exhausted from the buzzy nature of this single lunger, and since you still feel it in your pegs and bars, the distance improvement is not that drastic. This might be less of an issue as the bike ages and it does smooth out a bit as it breaks in a little more. It does make my half hour commute more comfortable. The main plus is that it is about 3 inches lower, so my friend who´s shorter can feel more secure at stops. A detractor is that the comfy cup for your tush keeps you from more easily moving about for weight distribution and cornering. It naturally brings you back a bit, and it make the bike fit more like a standard, not a snappy SM. Your front end weighting and feel goes down. I personally took it off for my own use, but have it for my friend´s use. The fit was ok, had to loosen up and bring out the anchoring screw in front for the bracket to grab on to it, but once done, it´s not a problem and works still with the stock seat. It is indeed a quality product as with all of Corbin´s wares. Personally, I´d not purchase it again, unless you need the decrease in seat height.
