This is a fun motorcycle begging to be uncorked, which I´ll consider after its warranty expires. Plenty of torque and zip, though I´m disappointed with the limited throttle and other restrictions on this bike while others ride massive "bullet bikes." This is not a long range bike either, that big 625cc single vibrates and the saddle is hard; you know you´re riding a bike that´s only a few modifications from being a racer. Nonetheless it´s a Supermotard and I´ve not seen any others around where I live. The 625 SMC is unique, good-looking, and draws curious looks from people wondering why this "dirtbike" has massive 17-inch tires. I love it; it corners like a knife, the Brembo brakes stop on a dime, and it feels like a real motorcycle. I see that Suzuki has introduced the DRZ-400SM for this niche--the other manufacturers better look into this before they´re left behind.
