I think they have!
I´ve just sold my Duke2 which (once I derestricted the cans) was really lively.
I´ve bought a new 2003 640 Supermoto and its a joke.
gutless and sounds awful, very dissappointed.
I´ve noticed it now has a cat as well as a well silenced exhaust.
I´ve ordered a doma system and doing a few other mods, hoping that will improve it.
To call such a docile machine a supermoto , Ktm should be sued under the trade descriptions act.
