Good question, Raf. I believe that the full fairing 1999 SS got fuel injection, along with many other bikes in DucatiĀ“s lineup, but the half-fairing still had the carbs. I have a 99 750SS, and the Hayes manual calls the half-fairing a Sport, not a SuperSport. I was confused as well, as much of the reading I did about my bike year talked about fuel injection. My 99 has the champaigne (gold) frame and wheels, carbs, wet clutch, non-adjustable front fork, and dule front disks. Great bike to ride, but I am thinking of upgrading the carbs to Keihin FCR, as I have heard that this is a great upgrade for the carbed ducks. Anyone else that could enlighten me as to the difference between the full and half-fairing 99 750SS would be appreciated. Charlie
