Just got my ´05 640 Adventure! Haven´t taken it past 5000 rpm since I´m still in break in time (1´st 600 miles).Vibrates some at lower rpm´s I think like a "Thumper"...seems to smooth out as you approach 3800 to 4000 rpm.Next week get 1´st service and valve check,then higher rpm´s!!! I don´t see much a problem! Rick.
