I have been for a few decent rides on this thing now and still can´t come up with a reason for not owning one of these bikes. SOOOOO much fun! They do it all. Two things to keep in mind if you think of buying one: corners come up very quickly and with seemingly little effort, then you´re relying on those almost heavenly Brembos to pull you up. Then, wash off a little speed, lay it over, tweak the throttle a little, which shoves the rear end out nice and controllably and drive through the corner.....then try to wipe the smile off your face and get ready to do it all again. The second thing: don´t get caught in a sticky situation **** footing around, the weight will catch you out every time. Especially apparent crossing slippery slopes or cambers, ride it like you mean it and no probs. But be a bit hesitant and it will ask you to save it, then you´ve gotta have legs like a billiard table to prop it up. It have created a good GPS mount on the handlebars with a short piece of 10x1.6mm round tube bent to fit between the mounting bolts for the hand protectors. A ten minute job. Nothing else to say at his stage....stay tuned |
