I´m VERY interested in the 950 Adventure. My wife and I are BOTH going to purchase bikes. We had been looking at the Suzuki V-strom, Ducati Multistrada, and the BMW GS1200. Having been an old desert racer I feel that the KTM and the BMW are my best choices. However, we want the same bikes (so my sons can also ride and won´t feel like they are riding "mom´s bike." So, I´m worried about the shear height of the 950 (although her inseam is 1" longer than mine). Does anyone out there have any thoughts about these four bikes? What about a direct comparison between the KTM and the BMW? Seem to me that the 950 is the way to go, and cheaper too!
