Problems I encountered during a 10,000km travel through Europe, during last September 1)Eccessive heat, driven on to my legs, when driving in towns, with low speeds, up to 70kph when the weather was hot. The same problem was encountered when driving on dirt roads, since the speed is very low also! 2)The rear brake stopped serving me when running down from the Alpes, which was probably due to overheating, since it recovered after cooling down!! I overworked it probably with my boots, without realizing it and heated the brake fluid to boiling temperatures. 3)The seat even though I had it modofied, tired me after long hours on the bike, something I think is natural but annoying. My back though rested comfortably on the bag I was carrying on the back seat! 4)The engine punch though pleasant, wasn´t very usefull during the long trip, since once reaching cruising speeds, wasn´t helpfull anymore. 5)Very usefull was the chain oiler I have applied, by scotoiler, the heated grips, transformed with 11Watts resistanse wire and the acceleration grip adjuster, which relieved my right wrist from the long hours sqeezing job. |
