Usually when you turn on the ignition, all 4 dial idiot lites come on and the engine starts. Sometimes neither right side lite comes on (low fuel, water temp) and only 1 or 2 (I don´t recall which) come on (fuel pump, oil) and the starter switch does nothing. Sometimes if I turn the ignition switch on/off some number of times, all 4 lites come on and scooter starts. 14 yr old scooter, 97K miles
