Hi Mate,
I have a couple of 450´s. One is the KTM and the other is a KX450F. Both had overheating problems as I live in Thailand and as you can imagine it´s quite hot. I solved it by using Veloil super coolant (purple ice is also very good) and changing the radiator cap to a 1.8.
