| I have been riding scooters and various sized bikes from 1975 and stopped riding 2 wheelers since 1995. Last year I bought a ST1100 and enjoyed riding with my wife. We did about 400 miles last summer riding in and around Richmond VA. My wife enjoys the rides in general, but does not seem to have a comfortable ride. So we have been talking about goldwing for our long distance trips. I am 190 lbs and somewhat concerned that the bike might be too big for me. I will appreciate the opinions of experinced riders on this forum. A 1999 goldwing seems to be within my grasp and I have to make a decision within 36 hours. |
