My 300 is stuck in first! Help!!

Out riding today and my 300 exc stuck in first. No neutral or higher gears. Still starts with clutch engaged and pulls fine in first. No idea what is wrong. I am at your mercy. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot!
