EXC 250 03 MODEL DOES THIS BIKE HAVE CHANGABLE POWER VALVE SPRINGS? I FIND IT A LITTLE SLOW TO GET MOVING.SEEM TO BE USING CLUTCH QUITE A LOT.FROM 1ST GEAR.
