if selcuk/istanbul means Selcuk Bektas (Spormoto), yes.
my license plate is 34 KTM 39.. (39 is my age :)
I like this machine very much but ´´poor fuel consumption´´ distress myself!!
Carbon tank is higher than the standart one (aprox.3 liters), but it´s too expensive.
biger tank = heavier bike, you´re right; but standart tank= short range.
