joe, you may have got a WP booklet with your bike which tells you everything about your forks and how to set them up. on the bottom of the forks they will be a screw. you turn them both clockwise until they stop clicking for the hardest setting. and for the average setting i think you turn them 14 clicks BACK. on the top of the forks there is to rebound adjusters and you should just have a fiddle with him. hope this helped. your best getting a WP booklet thing.
