i have a cl 125-3 which is similar to yours but with more chrome and no taco i havent yet done many miles on it (as the company i got it from has yet to tell me the running in instructions). although i do ride it but i keep it under 35 MPH. the throttle on mine doesnt do that but i know that the parts you are looking for if you still are can be obtained through a company called hames electronics there website has a phone number. although they are as slow as it gets. its where my one came from p.s as the engiens are the same anychance you can tell me the running in instructions.

Hope this helps
