Hi ,I found a 04 Husqvarna TE 450 and wanted to know if it is difficut to make this into a street leagal enduro. It has a head light ,tail light and looks like a digital speedometer near the handle bars ? I live in Pa. The motorcycle has very low use and wonder if anyone knows the fair market value of a nice machine ? thank you Bill
