Actually I never heard of a 125 VT Shadow. they are produced as a 750 CC chain drive version and an 1100 cc VT Shaft drive. Not good as a first bike. Try something smaller like a Suzuki 250 until you´re really familiar with bike handling and riding techniques. Take a Basic rider course first. costs about $160 to $180 and is well worth the expenditure. I´ve been riding since I was 16 back in England in the early 60´s, I´ve never had an accident, and I enjoy riding immensely.
