The bike holds about 2 and a half litres and the oil should be visable through the clear plastic tube at the side of the tank (about half way up the tube.
the bike uses the same filter as an Aprillia and to replace it you need to remove the two 5mm allen screws from the drive sprocket cover and thereafter the 3x 5mm allen screws holding on the oil filter cover plate.
All info re oil change is available via the CCM owners group web pages.
