Hi,

Would a Husqvarna SM 125 S be learner legal. I only ask as I have been looking a tech specs around the place and they vary wildly - some saying 28 bph (which I´m sure is too much). I need something to 14.6 bph

Sorry if this is a silly question, but I don´t want to buy one just to find I can´t ride it.
