I bought a Dyna Super Glide ´T´ Sport in 2001 and apart from a slight cylinder head gasket leak (fixed under warranty) the bike has been trouble free over 10,000 miles so far. I have open pipes on it which sound great and they really release the full potential of the 88 Twin Cam engine. It´s comfortable over a long distance and the screen works great. When it´s adjusted fully upright I get no wind in the face, making open face helmet wearing a real pleasure. The ground clearance is better than any other Harley model and it can be thrown (relatively speaking for a Harley) around corners with ease and onto the edge of the tyres without scraping the foot pegs. With the saddlebags fitted it still makes for a fairly narrow profile for traffic filtering. With the bags in their expanded mode there´s plenty of room for taking what you need to tour long distances. This bike will be a fixture for me until I´ve worn it out! |
