Hi everyone, I´m new to Motocross and am wondering what susapension settings to apply to my bike. I just want it to be neutral to start with.

I weigh about 80kgs.

Also does anyone know where I can download/get hold of a CR 125 manufacturers manual. I bought the bike second hand and it didnt come with one.

Any help gratefully appreciated
