I just traided for a 2001 Triumph T-bird and Im having the same problem.. Except mine don´t cold start very well at all..Ive been a mechanic and machinist for 35 years and I haven´t had a chance to work on my bike yet but it seems to be leaking vaccuum from the rubber vac. caps on the top every carb. and I also suspect the spark plugs are not in very good condition. Im hoping that fixing these little things will fix the problem , the thing is you need to check these and other simple things and eliminate them before digging deaper or calling the dealer. My bike has 24000 miles and from what Im seeing around this milage is when most people experence problems with these bikes.
