You can only adjust the preload on those shocks. Start by taking the weight off of the front. Remove the handlebars, undo the screw on top of the forks (careful here, those are under spring pressure and will try to fly when you undo the thread). In the top of the forks are a washer and the preload tube. You increase preload by inserting a longer tube or more washers. Easy operation because you don´t have to remove the forks to do it, and the oil stays inside. Of course, you still won´t be happy with the result. I bought heavier springs for mine, and have been a little happier. I should have gone heavier. Good luck.
