I agree! I was clocked by a Porsche Turbo Carrera on a freeway here at 140 mph. The driver signaled the speed. I know that motorcycle speedos are innacurate, but I figure a top end Porsche probably has a good one. I didn´t even look at the bike speedo. My SV is bone stock except for a small windscreen I´ve added. At 140 mph I had plenty more speed left too.

Don´t know why they persist with perpetuating the 130 mph top end myth. Maybe for lawyer / liability reasons?
