I also got a beautiful 650 elefant. I have it 5 years now without any problem except the spark plugs must be replaced at least once a year. The oil level must be between min. and max. while the engine is running(!) that´s about 3,3 liter (filter included).
Hope you are having the same fun with the bike like I do!
