| All of the VL series is pretty much the same with the exception of color and some badges. Reliability is great, there was a problem with backfire in the exhaust on decelereation that is easily fixed. Try to stay away from heavily modified ones. There are some exhaust systems that make it run lean or even rich which is not good for engine life. overall the bike is a great ride, lower it and raise the bar height and it rides like you are in an easy chair. Great handling and really does get some stairs. Expect to pay (US) $3800 to $5000 depending on year and miles. Check on ebay for some of hte recent sales it will give you a good idea.
