2001 rpm problem

won´t go over 6000 rpm already changed the fuel pump and four new injectors, plugs, and ecu. when i hit the gas the engine wont go over 6000 rpm because it runs horrible when i go over. from 0 to 5000 rpm it runs perfect. soon 5000 to 6000 rpm it runs very badly. can you please help with my issue?
