Loose wire on bike

Just got my bike out of storage & while cleaning it I found a red wire not connected, it comes from a black box under the tool box. It has 3 sets of wires comiing off 1 set with about 6 wires that connect to a plug on the left of the bike another set with 2 wires that goes to the alarm siren & the red wire on its own. Can anybody tell me where it should be connecter. The bike still runs.
